About the Category Library
The Category Library allows you to browse, search, and select specific categories and their attributes to include or exclude from a model. It provides a structured list of categories, each with detailed descriptions and associated attributes.
Customizing an Existing Template Using the Category Library
When you customize an existing template, the Model Taxonomy will be pre-populated with categories. These categories are automatically included in the model based on the template you chose. You can de-select these pre-populated categories using the checkboxes next to them, which will remove them from the model.
Using the category library, you can further customize the model taxonomy using the available categories and attributes.
Building a Model from Scratch Using the Category Library
When building a model from scratch, the Model Taxonomy will appear empty, allowing you to build the model purely from the categories available in the category library.
Category Library and Model Taxonomy Menu
The category library and model taxonomy interface allows you to browse through available categories, search for specific ones, and customize your model by selecting or deselecting categories and their attributes to tailor the model to your specific needs. The above image shows the category library interface when customizing an existing template, however the functionality when building a model from scratch is the same.
